This form allows you to initiate the redemption of your eligible investment units under your active SIP plan with UCMS.

Please note:

• Only redeem the eligible (unlocked) portion of the investment at any time during the plan.

• Full investment redemption can be requested only after completing at least 60% of your total investment tenure, as per the terms of our long-term investment strategy.

• The reserved portion will continue to stay invested and grow towards the maturity goal if full redemption is not applicable.
